 This web-page provides an introduction to the Kaplan-Meyer curves and the log rank test. Reading this will give you an understanding of when this statistical test is appropriate, what it does and how to do it.

Log rank test kan användas för att jämföra en grupp mot ett fixt (vanligen historiskt) värde , att jämföra två grupper med varandra eller jämföra >2 grupper med varandra .
