Associations and predictions, investigating how well variables relate to each other, can be analysed using advanced methods. Variables can be combined in complex patterns to better illustrate the reality. These methods are often complex and to interpret them require skills and experience. There are a few types of methods we classify as advanced methods:

- Regressions with more than one dependent (outcome) variable such as factor analysis or probit regression.
